I am deeply grateful for the opportunity in this lifetime to share these practices and witness the profound impact they can have on one’s life. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to these techniques, I am here to support you on your path to wellness, healing, and self-discovery.

Jess Morgan
quantum hypnotist, oracle, and energy healer
Following a spontaneous kundalini awakening, I was led to energy work after picking up a deck of tarot cards and discovering my channeling abilities. With already innate empathy skills, I took to reading energy fast and deeply understood the tarot as a tool to help interpret frequency, consciousness, and magnetism.
Fast forward to now, my team of angels and I help clear and transmute the energetic body with hypnosis, quantum healing, Angelic Reiki, and light language.
There's nothing I'd rather be doing than guiding you along your healing journey, and I am honored to get the opportunity to work with you.

Return to your light with this two-hour workshop starting with intention setting, then settling in with breathwork, shifting deeper with hypnosis, receiving the activation, and then grounding with a cacao ceremony and connection.

F.A.Q.
What is Kundalini? Kundalini is a Sanskrit term referring to a spiritual energy or feminine life force believed to be dormant within each person, residing at the base of the spine. It is often described as a coiled serpent. The root “kunda,” is the feminine expression of the word “kundi,” meaning basin, pit, or reservoir or “kundal,” meaning coiled, and “lini” meaning absorbed, united, or merged. In other words, the reservoir of coiled energy is being absorbed.
Why would someone want to activate their kundalini? Although each individual has their own reasons, Kundalini might appeal to an individual who is feeling stuck in their energy. Kundalini activation is a sacred initiation into a higher energetic state by exposing one’s energy field to an elevated energy that clears the blocked energy so that one’s magnetism can start working harmoniously again— to attract desired experiences, repel expired ones, and move a person through the threshold of a new chapter in life.
What should I expect during an activation? Kundalini activation is different for everyone. Sometimes one has a very active experience, including but not limited to: - Intense sensations - Kriya (A Sanskrit word meaning involuntary movements) - Shivering - Clairaudience (hearing spirit or messages) - Daydreams or clairvoyance - Altered perception -Divine union with everything On the contrary, sometimes one has a more passive experience, where they may feel heavy, have little to no movement in their body, and may have an indescribable inward experience or out of body. Sometimes the experience is about the body directly and suddenly they feel surpressed emotions as discomfort in the body, a sign that the body needs attention.. It’s common that repressed emotions, on both sides of the spectrum, come to the surface to be expressed, such as joy, sadness, or anger, and one may have the urge to cry, laugh, or purge. There are no wrong experiences, and it’s important to release all expectations from the get-go.
What should I expect after an activation? After Kundalini is initiated, there are a breadth of experiences one might have afterward. One might feel increased energy, clarity, and motivation. Others may feel the repressed emotions that rose to the surface during the activation, and now it’s their job to work through those. Here are some tips to honor and integrate the energy of Kundalini after the activation: - Drink plenty of water because water is what conducts the electricity in our body, which results in our magnetism. Kundalini directly impacts the magnetic field, so to repair the field, one should stay hydrated. - Rest and reflect. If you don’t feel like doing anything or need time to process your experience. Honor your energy. You might sleep more or less. Make sure you’re taking time to witness your energy. - Journal your thoughts, ideas, dreams and emotions so you don’t get overwhelmed. Kundalini activations can be like turning on a faucet that was lying dormant for a while, and ideas might be flowing in ways unfamiliar to an individual's normal. - Abstain from alcohol and drugs. Substances that alter your mental state, alter your field, which leaves you susceptible to a myriad of energetic attachments or disruptions. - Eat clean and light. Kundalini energy is heightened and after experiencing it, the body may need a temporary period of light foods that are easy on the system to digest, and have more lifeforce than other foods. For example: - Fruits - Vegetables - Nuts & Seeds - Herbs - Beans & Legumes - Wholegrains - Warm Tea or Broth - 70%+ Chocolate FOODS TO AVOID: - Dairy - Meat - Refined Sugar - Ultra-Processed Foods - Greasy or Fatty Foods - Alcohol - Iced Beverages - High In Starch or yeast - GMOs
What is "Kundalini Sickness"? Kundalini sickness, also known as "Kundalini syndrome," refers to a range of physical, emotional, and mental experiences that can arise during or after a Kundalini awakening, particularly when not properly guided or prepared for. It is not a universally recognized medical diagnosis, but rather a term used to describe the potential challenges and discomforts associated with this powerful energetic experience.
What are signs of Kundalini Sickness or Kundalini Psychosis? It’s important to monitor your thinking after an activation to avoid kundalini sickness or psychosis and to have a daily grounding process. Some red flags to be aware of and immediately ground are: - Thinking you’re the reincarnated Jesus Christ, or any deity for that matter. Part of Kundalini is the interconnectedness of all things, and Kundalini can activate Christ, Magdalene, Shakti, Sophia, Melchizedeken, Angelic, or several other codes that lay dormant inside of every human that, when activated, one feels no separation between them and that name. Any grandiose thinking where you feel “more special” than everyone or “chosen” is abnormal. We are all chosen in ascension. - Rapid speech or thoughts that overwhelm you. and abnormally sharing inappropriate things. Especially if they're sexual. - Downloading parallels between random things that make sense at the time but not when you explain it again. Not to worry, this is just a way of you shifting timelines and another way people experience the oneness of God. Don’t get too carried away, and ground.
What do I do if I get "Kundalini Sickness"? It's important to practice grounding techniques. Kundalini psychosis is different than regular psychosis because you still are questioning your mental state opposed to actual psychosis where you're immersed in a completely different reality. WAYS TO GROUND: -Salt baths -Walks in nature -70%+ Chocolate -Walking barefoot on the earth -Talking to friends -Gardening -Herbal teas -Petting animals -Journaling -Breathwork -Visualization -Exercise -Dancing -Holding Ice -Cooking -Aromatherapy (especially earthy scents) -Juicing fruits and vegetables coordinated with the lower three chakras (ex. carrots, beets, apples)
What is the difference between cacao and cocoa? Cacao and cocoa come from the same plant (Theobroma cacao), but they differ in how they’re processed, which affects flavor, nutrients, and use. CACAO - Raw or minimally processed - Typically cold-pressed to separate fat (cacao butter) from the bean without roasting - Higher in nutrients: retains more antioxidants, theobromine, magnesium, iron, and enzymes - Given this, it helps circulation and liver function - Has a bitter, rich flavor Found as: - Cacao nibs (crushed raw beans) - Cacao powder - Cacao butter - Often used in health foods, superfood smoothies, and raw desserts COCOA - - Heavily processed: roasted at high temperatures - May be alkalized (a.k.a. “Dutch processed”) to reduce acidity and bitterness - Lower in nutrients due to heat Smoother, milder chocolate taste Found as: - Cocoa powder - Chocolate bars - Hot cocoa mixes - Used in baking, candy, and traditional chocolate recipes
Will I get high from cacao? There's no psychoactive properties of cacao, however, the theobromine helps improve circulation, which is why many people report feeling a "heart opening" or general sense of wellbeing and euphoria.
