Bounceback Offer definition: A bounceback offer is basically a coupon but more technical it's a special coupon to try and get return customer, so you might have a customer who bought something from your craft shop and in the order, you include a bounceback offer to invite them back to shop with you again.

In the hotel world, we used to have brunches, like thanksgiving brunch, and when we would hand people their bill, we would include a bounceback offer to come back for Christmas brunch etc etc.

Bounce Rate definition: A Bounce rate very simply is the average of people who visit your website that don't take action which included clicking onto another page etc.
