Frequency Friday Sound Healing

End your week with a guided meditation and sound healing with Jess

Service Description

Get your frequency right for the weekends and soak up soundwaves at Plant and Stone for a live sound bath and meditation from 7:00 - 8:00 PM. After the sound healing, we meet at Elixir Lounge down the street for kava and connection with a like-minded group of friends. Spots fill up fast, so be sure to save you a seat! Limited yoga mats and face masks are provided and can't be guaranteed upon arrival. Bring your own blanket if you wish.
