We know that the light the sun permits is bouncing off of things and holds all relevant frequencies. When intercepted by magnetic frequencies radiated by planets, much like in photography when you take a photo of the forest, and there is a green hue in the light of the photo, the people with the frequencies relevant to that light will be expressed through on earth.
