We believe it is essential for mental health to have ice cream anytime of year. Bringing you seasonal creations with our favorite flavors. This post features our autumn creation: A vanilla stuffed caramel apple.

This was a bit trick, in fact, I'm not sure you can tell, but the presentation didn't turn out as hoped. In fact, I kinda had a melt down, (no pun intended). But the show had to go on!
Directions:
First, core the apple, which is tricky. Scoop our center to make a small bowl, almost like carving a pumpkin, but at a much smaller scale.
Then, coat the inside with lemon, cinnamon and brown sugar. Before all of this, you should pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. When that's finished, put apple(s) on a baking sheet, or inside cupcake tins, and put in oven for 20 minutes.
When they come out, the sugar should be melted and the apple should be soft. Fill with a layer of caramel, then stuff with ice cream, then top with caramel again. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and enjoy!
